If you’re being treated by a licensed U.S. health care provider on an outpatient basis and have been prescribed an AbbVie medicine that is part of the program, meet our requirements, and live in the U.S., you can apply for myAbbVie Assist.
Eligibility for myAbbVie Assist may be initiated through AbbVie Patient Access Support, which will review financial support opportunities for all AbbVie programs, including myAbbVie Assist. myAbbVie Assist will assess your estimated income that we obtain from a third party when you provide written instructions to the Program under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, solely to verify patient assistance program eligibility. If the program is unable to verify eligibility based on your estimated income, you may be asked to provide additional financial documentation such as your most recent tax return or similar document that reflects your actual income.
AbbVie Patient Access Support may review your application for all AbbVie programs, including myAbbVie Assist. Once we review your application, we will send you a letter, email or text message depending on your preference. We will also notify your health care provider who can also let you know of the outcome.
