If you are unable to pay for your medicine due to COVID-19 circumstances

myAbbVie Assist may be able to help

Please complete an application for the AbbVie medicine that you need and return it to our program. In addition, there is a section of the application for your health care provider to complete.

You will see that we request information about your family income and request that you provide income documentation (e.g. such as your most recent Federal Tax Return) with your application. 

If you don’t have an income or if your family income is now lower than the income listed on your latest tax return, please include a note or letter with your application that describes your current financial and insurance situation (e.g., if you recently lost your job and you lost your insurance).
