Since joining AbbVie in 2005, Kathryn has been able to progressively advance her career. She started out leading the technical support for medicine indicated for prevention and treatment of respiratory distress syndrome in premature infants and has recently moved into the Operations Supply Chain organization where she is the director of Neuroscience products.

Kathryn Kalivoda took advantage of AbbVie's maternal support programs until her sons were in school full-time.
