Tracie Haas

Tracie Haas is Senior Vice President, Corporate Affairs, responsible for developing and executing integrated global strategies that build the company’s image and reputation, advancing AbbVie’s business objectives, and providing expertise and resources in support of individual lines of business and corporate functions. Her portfolio of responsibilities includes corporate and commercial communications; media relations; corporate marketing and the management of the AbbVie brand; MyAbbVie Assist, AbbVie’s patient assistance program; global philanthropy and Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) work. 

Ms. Haas has more than 27 years of diverse experience. At AbbVie, and formerly Abbott, her background spans a variety of critical business functions, including leadership positions in the commercial organization overseeing multiple brands in various phases of lifecycle across immunology, neuroscience, and endocrinology.

Ms. Haas serves on the AbbVie Foundation Board of Directors. Previously, she served as the President of the AbbVie Foundation, leading the creation and growth of AbbVie’s philanthropic programs, ultimately overseeing over $650 million in global donations since AbbVie’s inception in 2013. She also currently serves on the Board of Trustees for John G. Shedd Aquarium in Chicago.

Ms. Haas has a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Hofstra University and a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
