Dave Purdue
Senior Vice President, Corporate Controller
Dave Purdue is Senior Vice President, Corporate Controller, and is a member of the Executive Leadership Team. Mr. Purdue is responsible for all global financial planning and reporting of the company. Previously, he served as Vice President, Controller, for Global Commercial Operations.
Mr. Purdue has held several leadership roles within the finance department at AbbVie. He joined Abbott in 2003 and has supported several functions across the business, including supporting international and corporate business functions. Prior to joining Abbott, Mr. Purdue worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers.
He earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Illinois and is a Certified Public Accountant.
