SkillBridge program

We participate in the Department of Defense SkillBridge training program. SkillBridge allows eligible active-duty service members to gain valuable work experience by participating in a job shadow within our business.

Making an impact

We support active military and veteran organizations by partnering with national organizations as well as those in the Chicagoland area.

Employer Support of the Guard (ESGR) program

We support the Department of Defense ESGR program which fosters a culture in which all employers support and value the employment and military service of members of the National Guard and Reserve in the United States. ESGR promotes cooperation and understanding between Reserve Component Service members and their civilian employers.

USO – Pathfinder

AbbVie supports the USO Pathfinder Transition Program that connects service members with employment opportunities. This program offers support to service members up to 6 months after they have officially left service.

AbbVie Veterans is proud to support community organizations in partnership with the AbbVie Foundation.
