Greg Miley

Greg Miley is Senior Vice President, Government Affairs, leading the development and execution of a comprehensive global government affairs strategy, inclusive of key legislative and policy activities that support AbbVie’s therapeutic interests and the development of strong proactive relationships with government and public policy stakeholders.

Mr. Miley has nearly 30 years of experience. At AbbVie, and formerly Abbott, he has held several leadership positions. His background spans a variety of critical business functions, including government affairs, public affairs and corporate communications, as well as extensive political campaign experience.

Previously, Mr. Miley held senior public affairs roles at large, multinational biopharmaceutical companies. He also served the City of New York for seven years.

He earned a bachelor’s degree in Public Administration and Affairs from the University of Scranton.
