Our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) help foster a diverse and inclusive environment where every voice is heard and valued. With a focus on the four Cs – Career, Community, Company Impact and Culture – our ERGs help drive business results while also building a sense of community. NONPROFIT COMMUNITY GRANTMAKING
Employee Resource Group (ERG) community grants
As part of our Employee Resource Groups’ commitment to building community, ERGs partner with the AbbVie Foundation to provide $700,000 in funding annually (up to $25,000 per nonprofit organization) to nonprofit organizations that advance our ERG values and align with the Foundation's philanthropic priorities. Organizations must be based and operate in the United States as a 501(c)(3) public charity, with preference given to organizations working with communities near AbbVie U.S. locations.
Applications for the 2023 ERG community grants are now closed. Grant recipients will receive information about their award in September. If you would like to be notified of applications for the 2024 ERG community grants, please click the button below.
