Please review the information below before your first day of work. Check all sections below for those that apply to you and your position. Sections titled “Review Only” contain important information for you to read, but you do not need to print copies of those documents.
Onsite employees attending an in-person New Hire Orientation must print, complete, and bring hard copies of the documents below with you to your onsite orientation. You will hand in these completed documents during your New Hire Orientation.
Remote (e.g. Sales) employees.
Remote employees attending an online, webinar New Hire Orientation must print, complete, scan, and email copies of the documents below to 1hrSource@allergan.com before your first day of work.

All employees who work at a site (Austin- TX new employees see below) – please refer to instructions on completing the Form I-9 electronically. On Day 1, please bring the required ID documents to Orientation to satisfy Form I-9 requirement.
Austin - TX employees – you will receive an email with instructions to initiate and complete the Form I-9 Requirements.
Sales/Field based employees – you will receive an email with instructions to initiate and complete the Form I-9 Requirements.
