What to expect on your first day of employment
All colleagues will attend a New Hire Orientation with Human Resources on their first day. The date, time, and location (or webinar) information for your orientation is provided in your welcome e-mail.
Those attending an in-person orientation will turn in all new hire paperwork, obtain your ID badge, and be issued the tools for your position (e.g., computer, etc.).
Those who work remotely (such as sales colleagues) and attend an online, webinar orientation will submit all new hire paperwork via email to email@example.com.
Tools (e.g. computer, etc.) will be shipped to you.
You will meet with your manager, either in person or by phone, who will welcome you and outline your next few weeks to ensure you have a smooth transition.
Once you receive your computer, please visit myAGN and find 1hrSource. You will receive further instruction on how to access this site at your New Hire Orientation. You will find a tremendous amount of information to help guide you during your new hire period (e.g., setting up direct deposit, requesting time-off, company policies).
