Within two days of joining Allergan you will gain access to our global
employee portal, myAGN. For now, please review the information on this
site before your first day.
If you have questions about this website or the expectations for
your first day of employment, please contact your recruiter and/or
your new manager.
Review your welcome e-mail that includes the status of your
background check, drug screen, and MVR (if applicable), your start
date, and details regarding your first day of employment. If you have
any questions about the information in the email, please contact your
recruiter or manager.
Complete the Pre-hire Checklist that will help you keep track of all
New Hire Forms you need to complete before your first day. You will
submit these forms on or before your first day of employment
(instructions are on each form). In addition to general employment
forms such as the I-9, you may also need to complete site/function

Review the Company Benefits available to you. Within approximately
five days of your start date, you will have access to the Mercer
Marketplace website to create an account.
All colleagues will attend a New Hire Orientation with Human
Resources on their first day. The date, time, and location (or
webinar) information for your orientation is provided in your welcome e-mail.
Those attending an in-person orientation will turn in all new hire
paperwork, obtain your ID badge, and be issued the tools for your
position (e.g., computer, etc.).
Those who work remotely (such as sales colleagues) and attend an
online, webinar orientation will submit all new hire paperwork via
email to 1hrSource@allergan.com
Tools (e.g. computer, etc.) will be shipped to you.
